Unfortunately, it is not just victims, who see that the perpetrators are almost never be judged for what they did. More recently, however, two terms was in solidarity with survivors of rape. The model of the Federal Republic of violence against women is a revolutionary GVA civil law to a serious threat to the well-being of people in a rape or other forms of sexual violence.

Although there are some differences between the two laws (Illinois version has a higher requirement), both in California and Illinois now define gender violence such as sexual violence and domestic violence, such as discrimination based on sex, national court of appeal, as a violation of equal rights. Under the GVA, rape and intimate of the battery can be the perpetrators to justice in state civil court, whether he ever paid or criminal.
